  To Whom it May Concern:

             Foy-Workman Construction, Inc. has been doing work at my home and at Tapco Underwriters, Inc. for many years.  They built an office building for me at West Park Center in Burlington .  They also up-fitted over 30,000 square feet of office space for our company.

            Foy-Workman has added two separate room additions and remodeled most of my home in Burlington .  They do a superb job and I feel that I get top quality and great value with their employees and their sub-contractors.

             I have known the owners of Foy-Workman Construction, Inc. for over 15 years.  They built a lake house for me and had to deal with a very difficult, steep lot which  offered many challenges.  They helped me with design of the home and meeting requirements of lake authority and zoning officials.  Foy-Workman constructed a beautiful home which my family and I have enjoyed for several years.  The project was completed in a very timely fashion and within budget.  I highly recommend their expertise for any project you might have.
